My husband and I went to The Melting Pot for our Anniversary. We had an amazing time & the staff did a wonderful job of making our day special, even putting rose petals on the table with a candle. Our server, Lauren, was so sweet, accommodating, and made our experience a delight.

Grace was amazing! She answered all of our questions about how the restaurant worked and made sure we were satisfied with our order. We had a great experience, and her excellent service made our visit even better. We will definitely be returning!

We had the absolute best date night thanks to T tonight. The service was the best we ever had. She was incredibly attentive and kind and thoughtful. We felt more than taken care of! This kind of service is world class and we will absolutely be back just to sit in her section!

5 stars. Easy. Everything about this place just works. The atmosphere is dialed in... comfortable, a little intimate, still relaxed. It actually feels like you’re supposed to slow down and enjoy being there, not just eat and leave. Faith took care of us, and she was excellent! Attentive without hovering, clear when explaining things, and just easy to deal with the whole time. You can tell she knows what she’s doing! Food was great across the board. One thing people should know going in... the meat comes out raw, and you cook it yourself at the table. They’ve got a pretty cool system where you use your phone as a timer so you don’t over or undercook anything. Once you get into it, it’s part of the experience and actually makes the meal more fun. And the dessert... Yin & Yang ...was ridiculous in the best way. The Oreo-covered marshmallows dipped in chocolate… yeah, that’s not something you forget. Straight up delicious! No complaints. We’ll be back.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a super friendly manager named Nicole. She was helping a lady put on her coat. Once we were seated a fantastic server named Rhys helped us with recommendations on what we should order. The food was absolutely phenomenal. We selected the 4 course meal and it was delicious. The cocktails were also amazing. The Ying yang martini is a must try. The price was extremely reasonable for the amount of food you get. We were so full we could barely get up from the table. Such an amazing experience. Thank you.
